Welcome to my fitness blog!
In November 2009, I discover Zuzana’s workout blog at BodyRock.tv. I watched her videos every day but didn’t actually do one until January 2010. Not long after, I quit the gym and started doing all my workouts at home.
I created this blog so I can record my times and see my progress. All the workouts are HIIT body weight workouts which are great for improving strength and getting fit. You can see the progress I have made as my times improve each time I do an older workout.
In addition to body weight workouts, I occasionally do Jillian Michael’s workout videos and pilates.
My goal is to be working out consistently 5 times per week and to keep improving on my times.
