600 Rep Workout

I didn’t expect this workout to be so hard. My legs are like jelly now. This 600 rep workout focuses on the lower body and abs but is a surprisingly good cardio workout too.

Also wanted to mention if you want to follow Zuzana, she now has her own Youtube and Facebook pages where she says she will be posting her workouts (but she says a lot of things). So if you don’t like the ‘new’ Bodyrock then you can follow her instead or do like me and follow both. :)

600 Rep Workout

Time Challenge: Do the following 600 reps as fast as possible.

  • High Knees – 100
  • Lunge Kicks (left leg) – 50
  • Lunge Kicks (right leg) – 50
  • High Knees – 100
  • Squats – 100
  • High Knees – 100
  • Straight Abs – 25
  • Side Crunch (left) – 25
  • Side Crunch (right) – 25
  • Bicycle Abs – 25

Results

18th January 2012: 20 minutes and 50 seconds
1st February 2012: 17 minutes and 5 seconds

    Yeah this was a great workout…I did it yesterday…or was it the day before? Its all one big blur! I do know that I am loving the 30 day challenge and am thankful that Freddy has kept up the site even with the personal issues going on.
