I pushed a little harder in today’s workout, focusing mainly on the lower body.
Rowing machine: 10 minutes, resistance level 2, 2.83km
Leg extension: 30kgs
Seated leg curl: 25kgs
40 lunges using 2 x 4 kilo hand weights
Abs machine: 30kgs
Knee lifts (abs)
I want to do the bodyrock.tv workouts but...
